The room had a aircondictioner leaks but w everything else was good

We enjoyed our stay. Was as expected. Very nice place in a great location, with more than expected room amenities. A definite step above the typical hotel stay.

Hidden fees and depending on which staff member you got you received different information! Parking, internet, food and “destination fee” were not relayed properly and felt deceptive. Room was nice however the ceiling looked as if recent water damage. The location is in heart of everything and I felt safe.

the property and condo where great. they don't tell you that you need to drive everywhere to do their activies which was a big hassle. and then they don't tell you it is $12,00 per person per day to use any facility in the resort. it is not just a short walk to anything . I will probably not stay there again

Why do I have to pay $18.65 a night for parking when I am paying $200+ a night to stay at this hotel? I was also disappointed in the coffee situation. There were 2 packs of instant Folgers coffee in the room, still not sure if I would have been charged to use them. There is coffee available at their café downstairs at 7 AM for $3.50….. of course after you stand in line waiting with everyone else. Other than the coffee & parking, it is a very unique hotel that is perfect for the art district. very clean hotel and beautiful bathrooms. Ice is available on the fifth floor. There is a little freezer that has small bags in it. I have learned to research parking & coffee before booking a room somewhere.
